Elly Schlein is a Member of the European Parliament, part of Possibile, and in the EP she’s part of the S&D Group. She works within the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE), where she deals with migration policies and is part of the EP negotiating team on the revision of the Dublin regulation on asylum. She is also a member of the Committee on Development (DEVE), where she dealt with the new Sustainable Development Goals; and she seats inTAX3 committee, focusing on tax justice and fighting tax avoidance and tax evasion, with a global perspective on the devastating effects of these practices, particularly on developing countries.
