Miroslav Mitrofanov is a Latvian Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance. He holds a degree in Biology and has a journalistic background. Mr Mitrofanov was member of the Latvian parliament for 2 terms and now as an MEP he is part of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and Committee on Petitions.
