Nina is originally half-Finnish, half-Brazilian, and grew up mostly in Ireland. Currently, she’s based in Finland where she’s studying for a master’s in environmental law. She’s a member of the Voting Guide team. In 2019, she cast her first-ever European election vote – and she fully intends to exercise that right again in 2024! She joined the Y Vote team because she thinks youth political awareness and engagement are crucial to building a better society and ensuring strong democracy.
